校務委員會
校務委員會
校務委員會是香港大學的管治機關，負責管理大學財務、人力資源以及規劃大學的未來發展路向。委員會由校內委員（教職員和學生）和校外委員（非香港大學僱員或學生）組成，校外委員與校內委員的比例為2：1。委員以個人身份出任，故以信託人身份履行職責。
