校务委员会
校务委员会
校务委员会是香港大学的管治机关，负责管理大学财务、人力资源以及规划大学的未来发展路向。委员会由校内委员（教职员和学生）和校外委员（非香港大学雇员或学生）组成，校外委员与校内委员的比例为2：1。委员以个人身份出任，故以受托人身份履行职责。
