Convention Registration Fee: USD 120 / HKD 960 per person Convention Registration fee covers all events on the Convention Programme from Nov 2 to Nov 4.

For participants who can join the social gatherings only, which include Welcome Reception on Nov 2, Convention Luncheon and Champagne at Twilight on Nov 3, and Visits on Nov 4, they can pay a special fee of USD 75 / HKD 600 per person.

Competition for the LARGEST HKU Alumni Group Delegation
Please indicate clearly your Alumni Association membership at the field of "Affiliation with Alumni Association" on the registration form. Each delegate shall indicate membership of one alumni group only. For further details, please contact your Alumni Association President.

After Registration:

• The registrant will receive an email acknowledgement within three working days.
• A specific Reference ID is assigned to each registrant in the email acknowledgement. This Reference ID is required for hotel booking and registration at the Convention.
• The registrant is required to bring along a copy of the email acknowledgement for registration at the Convention.
