Lee Ching Suet captures Women’s Individual Woodball Championship Title

Our postgraduate student from LKS Faculty of Medicine, Ms. Lee Ching Suet Michelle won the Women’s Individual Champion in the University Sports Federation Woodball Competition which was held at The Chinese University of Hong Kong on 25 & 26 June, 2022.

“I must thank my coaches and teammates for their support and guidance, especially assistant coach Marcus Chu for his tremendous help in my game plan and turning my weaknesses into my strengths”, Michelle said.  Michelle also led the Women’s Team to win second runner-up in the Women Team Division, with a total of 400 strokes.

HKU Woodball Men’s and Women’s Teams also achieved an overall third place in the competition.  The teams’ remarkable performance in the competition once again demonstrated the high standard of HKU athletes, which could never be achieved without their dedication and hard work.
