Research Services
Research Services (RS) is a section within the Registry at HKU that aims to provide services and administrative support for various aspects of institutional research endeavours such as through effectively implementing the strategies and policies established by the URC, coordinating submissions for research funding support, assisting with internal research assessment exercises, and acting as the University's interface in negotiating with research funding bodies on the terms of grants and on post-award operational processes.
RS works closely with the University's Faculties and Departments and other service/administrative offices such as Human Resources to provide the necessary support for producing world-class research. In particular, RS has close links with the Graduate School and the Technology Transfer Office.
