The 2010-11 PCLL Application Form (word format) (pdf format) and Notes for Applicants can be downloaded here for your reference. Please print out the form, fill it in and submit to commence your PCLL application process (starting from 4th January 2010). You must read the Notes to Applicants and FAQ's before filling out the form. The application filing deadline is 30 April 2010. PCLL Admissions Office
