Lee teaches on both the JD and LLB programmes, primarily in the area of Contract Law which, prior to joining HKU, he also taught at a top law school in Germany.
He is particularly interested in Alternative Dispute Resolution and has been involved in coaching both German and Hong Kong teams for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Hong Kong Mediation Council and the HKIAC Users' Council.
Lee is a Barrister (at the Bar of England and Wales) and a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
