First-in-the-Family Education Fund

The First-in-the-Family Education Fund (“FIFE Fund”) Scheme was launched in April 2008 with the aim of creating equal learning opportunities for students from grass-roots families and the first generation in their families to attend university. It also advocates the act of paying forward among students who received the fund will, after graduation, not only be able to serve the community but also help the next generation of university students.

University Financial Assistance: Main Exercise Application

Supplementing Government financial assistance schemes, there are a number of bursaries and interest-free loans managed by the University to assist students with financial hardship. These awards, donated by private organisations and individuals, are allocated to full-time local students on the basis of their financial needs.
