Welcome to the Department of Diagnostic Radiology

It was established on July 1988 and is one of the newest departments in the Faculty of Medicine. The department contributes to clinical service and academic activities at Queen Mary Hospital. We provide more than 200 hours of undergraduate Radiology teaching and accept post-graduate students who are interested in pursuing Medical Imaging. We also provide PET-CT, CT, MRI scanning service for patients. Currently, we have GE's Discovery PET-CT System, and Philips 3T-MRI System, both are advanced state-of-the-art scanners, for research and clinical applications.
