Curriculum Reform at HKU The 4-year undergraduate curriculum reform is one of the most important reforms in higher education in Hong Kong. The University has set up a Working Group and under it a Steering Committee to advise Senior Management on the way forward. This is an opportunity for all members of the University to collectively reflect on its current undergraduate curriculum and create an intellectually stimulating and student-centred learning environment that will liberate the minds of the students, re-invigorate illustrious virtue (mingde ©ú¼w) and inculcate in them wisdom through scholarly enquiry (gewu ®æª«). We invite you to visit the Curriculum Reform Website (restricted to HKU academic staff and UG administrators) regularly to find out more about the progress, to send in your views and concerns, and to keep abreast with higher education reforms elsewhere in the world. *HKU Portal and MyUIS require login with HKU Portal PIN and UIS password respectively. For enquiries, please contact Ms. Kaye Nolen at kayenolan@hku.hk. |
