Brief Biography:

Victor graduated in HKU School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) in 1993. In 2002, he was awarded a Master of Business degree (eCommerce, graduated with distinction) by the Curtin University. Victor is the Product Development Manager of the NTT Com Asia Limited, one of the foremost ISP (Internet Service Provider) in Hong Kong and a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTT Communications of Japan. He is also the Director of Publication for HKUGA, as well as the Director of Activities of the E-Business Association.
