Electronic Helpdesk
Email to ccbox@hku.hk - an electronic helpdesk for users to make enquiries on the services and facilities of the Computer Centre, give suggestions or comments on the services provided, or report any system failures. Email enquiries received by CCBOX will be attended to at least once in a working day, while those received outside office hours on weekdays and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be attended to the next working day. Please use HKU email address when making an enquiry.
