Arrangements for Moving into Block C of Residential Colleges

Dear Students,
I am glad to inform you that Block C of the Residential Colleges on Lung Wah Street is now ready for students to move in. The Indoor Air Quality consistently has met the “Good Class” standard of the Hong Kong Government over a span of six days. In order not to disturb your class on school days, the University has decided that students can move into Block C of the Residential Colleges from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm on September 29 – October 1.
Students who need to move in early for special reasons may do so from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm on September 27 and 28. Please inform the Management Office in advance.
The Management Office have asked students who are living in Blocks A and B to indicate if they would like to change to a different type of room and move to Block C. The Management Office will contact these students in due course and make arrangement for them to move from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm on September 27 and 28.
