Training on the Use of New Classrooms in the Main Campus Extension

Dear colleagues
The classrooms and lecture theatres in the Main Campus extension (commonly called “Centennial Campus”) will be available for class teaching starting from the new academic year.
To help teachers and instructors familiarize themselves with the operation of the new audio-visual/IT equipment and room facilities control system in these new classrooms, a 45-minute training class will be conducted with multiple offerings during the period September 3-7 and 10-14, 2012. Teachers, instructors and their supporting staff are recommended to attend any one of these sessions that best fits their schedule.
Date: September 3-7 and 10-14, 2012 (Monday to Friday)
Time: 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 2:30pm, 3:30pm and 4:30pm on every scheduled date
Venue: CPD-LG.17, Central Podium Levels, Main Campus extension
For teachers and instructors who are new to HKU, they are also invited to attend one of the following training sessions on the use of the AV/IT equipment in the Main Campus classrooms and lecture theatres. The training schedule is as follows:
September 11, 2012 (Tuesday) 2:00pm-3:00pm (venue: Meng Wah Complex Theatre 5)
September 13, 2012 (Thursday) 2:00pm-3:00pm (venue: Meng Wah Complex Theatre 5)
September 18, 2012 (Tuesday) 1:00pm-2:00pm (venue: Meng Wah Complex Theatre 6)
September 20, 2012 (Thursday) 1:00pm-2:00pm (venue: Meng Wah Complex Theatre 6)
